We hosted Italian reporters, Mister Albert Campanile and Miss Ann Brianese, who are preparing a contribution for Plein Air magazine about Terme Čatež and surrounding tourist offer. The magazine is intended mainly for tourists who are traveling with motorhomes.
After two days of research on Terme Čatež offer we took them to visit other tourist destination offers in the surroundings. In the meantime, they met ŠRC Grič offer and a life on the bank of the Krka River, wine cellar Gadova Peč and its wine specialty Cviček (its home is The Podgorjanska wine road). In the conclusion, they stopped in the Old Town Centre of Brežice where they visited Posavje museum Brežice in the Brežice Castle with a glorious Knight`s Hall.
Furthermore, we visited the northern part of a municipality where we took a look at the Animal park Na Jasi that is located on a plain. Afterward, we mostly investigated a hillock area of Bizeljsko-sremiški wine district. At the Istenič champagnes tasting we began to explore a unique wine tourism that we concluded in Najger repnica cave. We headed back to Brežice in a wide circle using Bizeljsko-sremiška wine road. Along the way, we stopped at the Pišece Castle.
Before the reporters were ready to return home they had visited an attractive Kostanjevica village situated on the loop of the Krka River. We took them to see The Božidar Jakac Gallery and the Kostanjevica cave. In the final steps, guests set off to Saint Vid where they enjoyed a splendid overview of a major part of our municipality.
